Meet the Founder
Mary Ma is a E-RYT 500 and Yoga Alliance Standards expert. She has completed over 700 hours of yoga teacher training in Yin, Hatha, and Vinyasa Yoga. Her expertise as a Yoga Alliance Credentialing Specialist ignited her passion for supporting yoga teachers with developing their own unique yoga teacher trainings. Mary received her advanced yoga teacher training in Sex, Death, and Wealth Philosophy. These philosophies highlight the importance of building a relationship with your unique creative expression. Mary knows the more confident in their creativity a person can be, the more spiritual wealth and fulfillment a person can achieve. With Brain Cradle, Mary will promote Yoga Alliance Standards while empowering a client’s creative freedom. Additionally, Brain Cradle offers a community forum where members can discuss content and its relationship to Scope of Practice and other important policies. A curriculum defines what trainees will experience during your program. A Training Manual is a document introducing the topics discussed in your training. By providing White Label RYS 200 Yoga Teacher Training Manuals, Brain Cradle can support Lead Trainers, without taking away from the fun of creating their own unique yoga teacher trainings.
