在瑜伽联盟工作期间，马玛丽目睹了许多注册瑜伽学校 (RYS) 申请者因培训文件不完整而被拒绝。这促使她创办了 Brain Cradle，为瑜伽老师提供成功开展 200 小时瑜伽老师培训所需的所有培训文件。

Brain Cradle 希望学员在个人和职业上取得成功。Brain Cradle 还认识到，许多人参加瑜伽教师培训并不是为了成为瑜伽教师。Brain Cradle 课程介绍了各种瑜伽风格，同时重点介绍如何教授最常见的瑜伽风格（vinyasa），因此每个人都能得到支持。
