Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is a White-Label Yoga Training Manual?

A white-label product is created by one company but rebranded and used by others as their own.

Brain Cradle offers white-label Yoga Training Manuals designed to help instructors deliver structured, consistent, and high-quality yoga trainings. Instead of writing hundreds of pages from scratch, you can start with a professionally developed, fully customizable manual and adapt it to reflect your school’s unique vision.

2. How Did Brain Cradle Create This Training Manual?

Our RYS Training Manuals were developed through a careful process of:

  • Reviewing Yoga Alliance’s curriculum requirements

  • Collaborating with experienced E-RYT 500 professionals

  • Expanding on foundational concepts and definitions essential to RYS 200, RYS 300, and RYS 500 programs

The manuals are designed around three guiding questions:

  1. What content should be included in yoga teacher training?

  2. Why is this content essential for foundational or advanced training?

  3. How should this content be delivered to trainees?

Brain Cradle provides the “what”—a comprehensive, Yoga Alliance-aligned framework—so lead trainers can focus on the “why” (purpose) and the “how” (delivery methods).

3. How Does Brain Cradle Support Trainees?

We know a training manual is more than just reference material—it’s a core learning tool. That’s why Brain Cradle manuals are:

  • Semi-workbook format – Trainees can take notes, annotate, and personalize their learning experience.

  • Visually supportive – Illustrations are designed with body neutrality in mind, encouraging trainees to focus on their own practice rather than comparison.

  • Customizable for schools – Manuals can be adapted with add-ons (Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed Teaching, Mythological Illustrations, etc.) to reflect your program’s unique style.

This combination makes the manual an active, student-friendly resource for deeper engagement and retention.

4. Can I Use This Training Manual in My Own Yoga Alliance RYS Application?

Yes. Once you purchase a Brain Cradle Training Manual, it’s yours to use and brand for your program.

However, please note:

  • Training manuals are sold separately from RYS submission services.

  • Lead Trainers must meet Yoga Alliance credential requirements before applying.

  • Brain Cradle’s submission services can streamline your RYS 200, RYS 300, or RYS 500 application review if your credentials are aligned with Yoga Alliance Standards. For confirmation on your eligibility, contact info@yogaalliance.org.

5. Does Brain Cradle Provide Refunds if My RYS Application Is Declined?

No. Brain Cradle does not provide refunds if an RYS application is declined. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure:

  • Their Lead Trainer meets Yoga Alliance's Credential requirements

  • Their Yoga Alliance account is in good standing with no outstanding grievances

When these requirements are met, Brain Cradle provides clear, streamlined support to help your application move forward smoothly. For questions about credentials or eligibility, please contact info@yogaalliance.org directly.
