At Brain Cradle, we’re committed to delivering your training manuals with care and efficiency. Each order is packaged securely to protect your materials during transit and handled with close attention to detail.

We offer standard shipping options with transparent, upfront costs. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the print-on-demand production schedule, but our goal is always to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

If you have any specific shipping requests or questions, please contact our support team at info@braincradleyoga.com before or after placing your order. We’re here to make sure your Brain Cradle manuals arrive safely and meet your expectations.

Refunds

At Brain Cradle, every training manual is customized for a specific yoga school. Because each order is personalized — including school information, branding, and curriculum details — it cannot be resold or repurposed once produced. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If your manual arrives damaged, misprinted, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@braincradleyoga.com. We will gladly arrange a replacement or reprint at no additional cost.
