Our 300-hour Yoga Curriculum Foundation is delivered as a 120+-page white-label training manual and accompanying Mind Map. The Foundation is organized around the educational categories outlined by Yoga Alliance and provides a structured starting point for developing a 300-hour teacher training.
 
Unlike a 200-hour training, a 300-hour training requires yoga professionals to build upon foundational knowledge and develop a curriculum shaped by their own areas of study, professional experience, and teaching expertise.
 
The $1,398 Curriculum Foundation price includes the foundational development required to understand your professional background and expertise and incorporate your perspective into relevant areas of the Curriculum Foundation. This ensures your 300-hour curriculum is not simply an extension of foundational material, but reflects the knowledge and experience you bring as an educator.
 
Curriculum Development
 
The Curriculum Foundation includes the foundational development required to complete your 300-hour curriculum, including:
 
School and educator questionnaires to gather information about your professional background, teaching approach, areas of expertise, and educational goals.
Curriculum development across applicable educational categories based on your background and areas of expertise.
Integration of your professional perspective and teaching approach into relevant areas of the Curriculum Foundation.
Development of appropriate Seva and practice-teaching components.
Review and refinement to ensure the Foundation reflects your educational approach and professional voice.
 
The Curriculum Foundation includes this baseline level of development as part of the $1,398 price. Most clients choose to build beyond this initial scope.
 
If you would like to incorporate additional content—such as your own elective, specialized subject matter, additional educational resources, or other curriculum components—additional work can be quoted separately based on scope. Additional work is always discussed and approved before it begins.
 
The full curriculum development process typically takes 2–4 weeks.

Our Curriculum Foundations are designed in a semi-workbook format and personalized with your yoga school name, logo, Lead Trainer name, and trainer biographies, creating a polished and cohesive learning experience for your trainees.
 
Asana Content
 
Each Brain Cradle Curriculum Foundation includes Sukhasana (Easy Pose) and Savasana (Corpse Pose) as foundational postures. All additional asanas are intentionally selected through the Asana Library, allowing each curriculum to reflect the unique teaching style, lineage, sequencing approach, and educational goals of the yoga professional.
 
Mind Map
 
Included with your purchase is the Brain Cradle Mind Map, a custom visual overview of the topics introduced throughout your Curriculum Foundation, along with detailed guidance for using the Mind Map. This resource helps Lead Trainers organize their training schedule, sequence educational content, and develop a cohesive training experience with clarity and confidence.
