Each Brain Cradle manual includes Sukhasana (Easy Pose) and Savasana (Corpse Pose) as foundational postures. All additional asanas are intentionally selected through the Asana Library, allowing each curriculum to reflect the unique teaching style, lineage, sequencing approach, and educational goals of the yoga professional.
Rather than providing a standardized collection of poses, Brain Cradle enables each yoga school to build a curriculum that is intentionally tailored to its program, creating a teacher training manual that is distinctive to its educators and trainees.
Using your goals, teaching style, and areas of expertise, Brain Cradle develops a personalized 300-Hour Curriculum Foundation, customized with your Yoga School Name, Logo, Lead Trainer Name, and Trainer Biographies to create a polished and professional learning resource for your trainees.
